Choosing a Nursing Necklace Design:

There are two ways to order a nursing necklace, depending on how much input you would like to have in the creative process. 

1. Basic Design: Minimal Input From You

I will create for you and your little nursling a nursing necklace with one of the following color options:

A. Colors commonly used for baby boys, Blues. Your necklace will include at least two of these colors :blues, greens, browns, black, white, clear. 

B.  Colors commonly used for baby girls, Pinks. Your necklace will include at least two of these colors: pinks, reds, yellows, oranges, white, clear, and purple.

C. Colors are not specific to either gender, Gender Neutral. Your necklace will include 2 or more colors, but not pinks. 

 Your necklace will have 6 large beads, a mix of animals and transportation beads. These basic nursing necklaces are $17.00 each. The extra large geometric, farm animal, and dinosaurs are $2.00 additional.  Shipping and handling is $3.00 per item.  Discounts are given for multiple items.

2. Personalized Designs: More Input From You

 A. Design your own nursing necklace! Just tell me what colors, and beads you would like. I will let you know what I have available at that time and we will work together to make the necklace you want. I use 6 large bead, i.e. animals and transport beads, in each necklace.

B. Choose a necklace from my Galleries that you would like me to recreate as close as possible for you and your nursling.  You can also start with that basic designs and tweak it to fit your own preferences.  Keep in mind that a few of the necklaces in the gallery are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced exactly.  For the majority of the necklaces, I can make one very similar to it for you.  It will help if you tell me what you like about the necklace.

C. Let me be creative and make a unique nursing necklace for you based upon any or all of the following information:

• Your baby's personality and favorite things
• A picture for inspiration
• Special things about your family including  your hobbies, college, favorite sports and animals so I can create a Story Necklace. 
• The State you live in. Click here to see some State Necklaces.
• Any other information you think would would like to share with me. The more information you can give me the easier it is for me to create a unique nursing necklace specifically for you and your baby.

I have a lot of fun with this option and have come up with some really neat necklaces doing this. 

Each necklace is $20.00 with the extra large geometric, farm animal, and dinosaurs are $2.00 additional.  Shipping and handling is $3.00 per item.  Discounts are given for multiple items.

2. The design option you would like and the information required for that design.
3. The name you would like on the necklace.
4. Your full name and shipping address.
5. How you are paying:  check, money order, cash or would you like a PayPal* invoice?  If you are outside the US, please pay with a money order or PayPal* only. If you are outside of the continental US and Canada, please visit my International Orders Page before you place your order. International purchasers will be e-mailed the exact cost of shipping.
6. How you found out about me (search engine,  which message board, friend, etc).
7. Please consider adding a few dollars to your order to help donate a nursing necklace to a mom who cannot afford to buy one.  See more information on my donations page.

You can expect a return email within 24 hours and your necklaces will be shipped within a week of when the payment is received.  Obviously, making a payment through Pay Pal means you can expect your necklace faster than if you pay by check or money order.

Shipping is by First Class US mail and usually takes about 2-4 days, but can take longer depending on your location. If you need your necklace sooner,  I can provide rush service for an additional $5.00 to have your necklace shipped  by the next business day.  I can also ship it either Priority or Express for the cost of shipping.

Sibling Necklaces

 

Choosing a Design

 

I make sibling necklace in two basic styles, one is a shorter version of a nursing necklace with larger beads distributed all around the necklace. It is specially knotted between every three beads for extra strength and it recommended for children under the age of three years. The other is for children over the age of three years and those who are not rough with their jewelry as it is not knotted. This one has the animals in front and is a more mature looking necklace.  Both are about 23-25 inches long. The non-knotted version includes a bracelet or earring.

2. Personalized Designs: More Input From You

 

 

 A. Design a sibling necklace! Just tell me what colors, and beads you would like. I will let you know what I have available at that time and we will work together to make the necklace you want. I use 6 large bead, i.e. animals and transport beads, in each necklace.

Lanyards

 

Choosing a Design

 

You may chose either a standard length 36 inch lanyard or a mini lanyard which is about 7 inches long.

 

 

A. Look at the lanyard gallery for ideas. If you like one in the gallery, tell me the name on it and I will make one similar. I cannot guarantee it will be exactly the same, it will depend on the beads I have available. 

B. You can also design your own.  Just tell me  what colors and beads you would like.  The price will be dependant on the beads and charms you request. I will email you with the price of the lanyard.

C. You can tell me about your personality and  style and I can design a lanyard for you.

 

The basic standard length plastic beaded lanyard is $15.00.  Basic standard length glass seed beaded  lanyard is $20.00. Safety Break away clasp is an additional $2.00, and an additional charge for charms with the price dependant upon the charms you want. The mini is $7.00. Shipping and handling is $3.00 additional. Discount on shipping for multiple items.

 

 

Ordering Lanyards

3. If you would like a Mag-Loc magnet attached to the back of the lanyard for a break-away clasp.
